PICKUP AND SHIPPING SERVICE

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days after receipt of your payment.

Please take into consideration the slow nature of the ceramics manufacturing process, which alternates between different stages of creation, drying times, and firings. The production time for your order varies according to the volume and complexity of the piece, which must then be integrated into our production schedule. The average production time is 4 to 8 weeks. We will provide you with a more precise timeframe when your order is recorded.

We will notify you by email when your order is available for pickup at the studio-boutique or for shipping.

 

IN-STORE PICKUP

Whenever possible, we encourage you to pick up your order for free at the studio-boutique as soon as it is available. Select this option when finalizing your order.
As soon as you have received confirmation that your order is ready, we invite you to call us to schedule an appointment. To better accommodate your availability and depending on our schedule, we offer you the possibility to come by any day of the week, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

SHIPPING

Shipped orders are meticulously packed in double-walled boxes. We do not use any plastic. We recycle cardboard using a shredder to create the cushioning needed to fill the shipping boxes.
Shipping costs include packaging, handling, and postage fees. Any customs and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

Canada
Delivery in Canada is provided by Canada Post, always with a tracking number. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight. We will email you the tracking number as soon as the order has been processed.

United States
We work with Canada Post or the Eshipper service for shipments to the United States, always with a tracking number. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight. We will email you the tracking number as soon as the order has been processed.

International
The services used for delivery outside of Canada and the United States may vary and always include a tracking number. Please contact us for destinations other than France, the United Kingdom, or Germany.
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight.
International shipments are subject to the payment of duties and taxes.
