Every piece of Rudimenterre pottery is handmade, respecting the various age-old techniques of fine craftsmanship that have been passed down from hand to hand over the centuries.

Ceramics is a very long and complex natural process of material transformation. Throughout the various manufacturing and firing stages, there are drying periods that cannot be rushed.
As a result, the average lead time for creating a piece of Rudimenterre pottery is 4 to 6 weeks.

Because we believe it is nonsensical to clutter the planet by creating stocks of "no-one's" goods, we have chosen a made-to-order production method, so that we intentionally produce exactly the right amount of the desired pottery for someone.

When you place your order, it is added to our current order and production log. We can then provide you with more specific information regarding the manufacturing lead time.
